As a member of the Marketing Communications (MarComm) team, the Senior Technical Writer works closely with IDEXX operations, software and instrument developers, communications, information technology and field personnel to generate technical publications, both print and electronic versions, including user guides, installation manuals, release notes, troubleshooting guides, tech support docs, help systems, package inserts, product labels, research papers, abstracts, white papers and more. Success is defined as: ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; successful on-time delivery of high-quality technical documents for product releases; creation of high-quality professional packaging/labeling for IDEXX products; and creation of user-friendly instructional documentation for products.
