About Dan Charles
Dan is a senior member of STC, the Emerging Technology community manager, and a member of the Consulting and Independent Contractor and Instructional Design communities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Writing and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media from Missouri State University (Formerly Southwest Missouri State University). He owns and operates Crankypants Communications, an instructional design and technical communication business based in northwest Arkansas.
